RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for these. 

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been used, damaged and worn.  Items bought with a coupon code can be returned for store credit only. Customer must notify Kelly K Designs for approval of return before shipping.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

 

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. 

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your exchange.
